How to order

All my cakes, tarts, pies and so on are made to order, at least until I have a definite menu that's easy to choose from, I'm up for making (almost) whatever your heart desires.

Not sure what to write? "Hi, I need a cake on saturday the 14th, for about 8 people, we love mojitos and dark chocolate" works great.

Size and Pricing

Cakes can generally be made in 3 sizes:

Large (serves 12-16 people, about 18 cm), 1000 sek

Medium (serves 8-10 people, about 14 cm), 750 sek

Bento (serves 3-4 people, about 10 cm), 450 sek

Have a bigger crowd? I can figure that out too, ask me for a quote.

Self pick-up (southern part of town, Pilegården) on agreed upon time or delivery for a one-way taxi fee. 

Traditional frosted layer cake: 

Your choice of flavours for sponge, frosting and other elements. Kyiv cake, Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, Black Forest cake are examples of such cake.

Usually it's 3 layers, sometimes more (genoise would probably be 4, honey cake is up to 7, but they are thinner).

Mousse cake 

Your choice of flavours for mousses, sponge or crunchy base, extra textural surprises like gelees, cremeux or compotes, naked, glossy or velvet glaze. Let your imagination run wild or just tell me what flavors you like. 

My rules

I love trying to embody your fantasy, favourite dessert or cocktail in cake form. Not sure what is it exactly you're after? I worked behind the bar for years, figuring out what people would like was at least half of the job.

I always use real fruit, caramel, liquor, chocolate, butter, spices and so on. No artificial flavourings or premade elements, and I try to avoid artificial colors where possible.

Things that are not in my wheelhouse for different reasons: Marzipan or fondant covers, sculpting and sugar paste. But we don't need to talk about things i don't do :)
